California High School Lacrosse - Del Oro can't get by Whitney

Whitney Wildcats (Rocklin, CA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad edge the visiting Del Oro Golden Eagles (Loomis, CA), 9-8 in a league test.

The Wildcats now have a 10-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Folsom for a test on Tuesday, April 16. Whitney will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 15-4 non-league loss to Vista del Lago (Folsom, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-9.

In their next game, the Golden Eagles face the Oak Ridge Trojans (El Dorado Hills, CA) in a test, on Tuesday, April 16. Del Oro will attempt to move on its 4-4 season record. The Trojans come into the test with a 8-3 record after their 13-10 league win over Granite Bay (Granite Bay, CA).
