Utah High School Lacrosse - Westlake drops to Maple Mountain
April 11, 2024: Spanish Fork, UT 84040 In Thursday's non-league test, the host Maple Mountain Golden Eagles lacrosse squad scored a tight 7-3 victory over the Westlake Thunder.
The Golden Eagles now have a 9-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lehi for a non-league test on Tuesday, April 16. Maple Mountain will face a Pioneers squad coming off a 14-6 non-league loss to Box Elder (Brigham City, UT). The Pioneers record now stands at 1-4.
In their next game, the Thunder face the Judge Memorial Catholic Bulldogs (Salt Lake City, UT) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, April 16. Westlake will attempt to move on its 5-2 season record. The Bulldogs come into the test with a 3-3 record after their 8-7 league win over Juan Diego Catholic (Draper, UT).
