New Jersey High School Softball - Hunterdon Central bounces Hillsborough
April 11, 2024: Hillsborough, NJ 08844 Hunterdon Central Red Devils (Flemington, NJ) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Hillsborough Raiders (Hillsborough, NJ), 11-0 in a league challenge.
The Red Devils now own a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they host Robbinsville for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 13. Hunterdon Central will face a Ravens squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over St. Thomas Aquinas (Edison, NJ). The Ravens record now stands at 3-1.
With the loss, Hillsborough falls to 1-3 on the campaign. The Raiders host South Brunswick (Monmouth Junction, NJ) to face the Vikings in a non-league challenge on Friday, April 12. The Vikings enter the challenge with a record of 3-4. South Brunswick lost 9-5 in their recent league challenge against Metuchen (Metuchen, NJ)
