April 11, 2025: Westphalia, MO 65085 The crowd at Friday's non-league battle between the Lee's Summit Tigers (Lee's Summit, MO) and the host Fatima Comets (Westphalia, MO), saw Lee's Summit's baseball team get by Fatima by a tally of 2-1.
The Tigers (11-3) will now prepare for their battle against Blair Oaks (Jefferson City, MO). The Falcons go into the non-league challenge with a 5-5 record. In their last challenge, Blair Oaks was nipped by Jefferson City (Jefferson City, MO), 5-2, in a non-league challenge.
With the defeat, Fatima drops to 6-7 on the year. The Comets travel to Sherwood (Creighton, MO) to clash with the Marksmen in a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 12. The Marksmen go into the challenge with a record of 2-11. Sherwood lost 10-7 in their recent non-league challenge against Raymore-Peculiar (Peculiar, MO)
