The North Monterey County Condors baseball squad (Castroville, CA), was overwhelmed 8-4 in Friday's league contest with the visiting Monte Vista Christian Mustangs (Watsonville, CA)

With the triumph, Monte Vista Christian moves its record to 12-3 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Del Mar (San Jose, CA) to confront the Dons in a non-league contest on Saturday, April 19. The Dons come into the contest with a record of 2-11.

The Condors now possess a 8-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Gonzales for a non-league contest on Saturday, April 12.
