April 11, 2025: Stockbridge, MI 49285 The Springport Spartans (Springport, MI) baseball trounced the host Stockbridge Panthers (Stockbridge, MI), 13-0 in Friday's non-league challenge.
The Spartans now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Quincy for a Big 8 challenge on Thursday, April 17. Springport will clash with a Orioles team coming off a 7-1 non-league loss to Hudson (Hudson, MI). The Orioles record now stands at 2-3.
With the defeat, Stockbridge drops to 1-4 on the year. The Panthers travel to Ovid-Elsie (Elsie, MI) to clash with the Marauders in a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 12.
