In Friday's non-league challenge, the host North Allegheny Tigers volleyball team scored a close 1-0 victory over the Northeastern Bobcats.

The Tigers (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against State College (State College, PA). The Little Lions enter the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record.

Next, the Bobcats meet the York Catholic Fighting Irish (York, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, April 16. Northeastern will attempt to upgrade on its 10-3 season record.
