Maryland High School Lacrosse - Churchill drops to Sherwood
April 11, 2025: Sandy Spring, MD 20860 Sherwood Warriors (Sandy Spring, MD) followers exited the stadium satisfied Friday as they saw their lacrosse team top the visiting Churchill Bulldogs (Potomac, MD), 18-9 in a league game.
With the victory, Sherwood advances its record to 3-0 on the season. The Warriors host Richard Montgomery (Rockville, MD) to play the Rockets in a Montgomery County 3A/2A/1A game on Tuesday, April 22. The Rockets come into the game with a record of 0-0.
The Bulldogs now sport a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Clarksburg for a Montgomery County 3A/2A/1A game on Thursday, April 24.
