Alabama High School Soccer - Carroll knocks off Long
April 11, 2025: Skipperville, AL 36374 The Carroll Eagles soccer squad scored 10 points and held the host Long Rebels to 1 in the Eagles non-league victory on Friday.
The Eagles now hold a 16-2 record. They play next when they host New Brockton for a non-league bout on Saturday, April 12. Carroll will play a Gamecocks squad coming off a 5-1 league win over Dale County (Midland City, AL). The Gamecocks record now stands at 8-2.
With the loss, Long moves to 5-9 on the year. The Rebels host Highland Home (Highland Home, AL) to play the Flying Squadron in a 1A-3A Area 2 bout on Monday, April 14. The Flying Squadron go into the bout with a record of 0-6. Highland Home lost 10-0 in their recent league bout against Providence Christian (Dothan, AL)
