Missouri High School Soccer - Willard knocks off McDonald County
April 11, 2025: Anderson, MO 64831 Fans at Friday's non-league battle between the Willard Tigers (Willard, MO) and the host McDonald County Mustangs (Anderson, MO), saw Willard's soccer squad triumph over McDonald County by a count of 8-0.
The Tigers (6-4) will now prepare for their battle against Lebanon (Lebanon, MO). The Yellowjackets enter the Class 4 District 4 battle with a 0-6 record. In their last battle, Lebanon was overwhelmed by Lighthouse Christian (Springfield, MO), 8-0, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Mustangs confront the Neosho Wildcats (Neosho, MO) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, April 12. McDonald County will attempt to upgrade on its 0-8 season record. The Wildcats enter the battle with a 3-4 record after their 1-0 non-league loss to Bolivar (Bolivar, MO).
