The West Field Longhorns lacrosse squad scored 8 points and limited the visiting Bear River Bears to 6 in the Longhorns league triumph on Friday.

The Longhorns now own a 6-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Green Canyon for a challenge on Wednesday, April 16. West Field will clash with a Wolves squad coming off a 19-4 league win over Ridgeline (Millville, UT). The Wolves record now stands at 8-0.

With the loss, Bear River falls to 2-2 on the year. The Bears host Sky View (Smithfield, UT) to clash with the Bobcats in a challenge on Wednesday, April 16. The Bobcats go into the challenge with a record of 2-5. Sky View lost 17-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Wasatch (Heber City, UT)
