Ohio High School Lacrosse - Bowling Green drops to Avon Lake
April 11, 2025: Bowling Green, OH 43402 Avon Lake Shoremen (Avon Lake, OH) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Friday as they saw their lacrosse team top the host Bowling Green Bobcats (Bowling Green, OH), 15-3 in a league battle.
With the victory, Avon Lake advances its record to 5-3 on the season. The Shoremen travel to Ottawa Hills (Toledo, OH) to encounter the Green Bears in a Region 5 battle on Saturday, April 12. The Green Bears come into the battle with a record of 1-5. Ottawa Hills lost 7-6 in their recent non-league battle against Olmsted Falls (Olmsted Falls, OH)
The Bobcats now sport a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Northview for a non-league battle on Tuesday, April 15. Bowling Green will encounter a Wildcats team coming off a 12-1 league loss to Findlay (Findlay, OH). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-2.
