April 11, 2025: Stevensville, MD 21666 The Urbana Hawks lacrosse team (Ijamsville, MD), was nudged 9-7 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Kent Island Buccaneers (Stevensville, MD)
With the victory, Kent Island advances its record to 6-0 on the season. The Buccaneers travel to North Caroline (Ridgely, MD) to encounter the Bulldogs in a Bayside North battle on Monday, April 14. The Bulldogs come into the battle with a record of 1-3.
The Hawks now sport a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Linganore for a CMC battle on Friday, April 18. Urbana will encounter a Lancers team coming off a 7-5 non-league win over Smithsburg (Smithsburg, MD). The Lancers record now stands at 5-0.
