In Friday's league contest, the host St. John's Cadets lacrosse squad scored a tight 11-10 triumph over the Paul VI Panthers.

The Cadets (3-2) will now prepare for their contest against Bishop McNamara (Forestville, MD). The Mustangs go into the Washington Catholic contest with a 2-8 record.

Next, the Panthers meet the Bishop O'Connell Knights (Arlington, VA) in a Washington Catholic contest, on Tuesday, April 15. Paul VI will attempt to better on its 6-6 season record. The Knights go into the contest with a 7-5 record after their 18-4 league loss to St. Mary's Ryken (Leonardtown, MD).
