Louisiana High School Softball - Erath bounces Port Barre
April 11, 2025: Erath, LA 70533 In Friday's non-league match, the host Erath Bobcats softball team scored a nice 19-11 victory over the Port Barre Red Devils.
The Bobcats (9-17) will now prepare for their match against Patterson (Patterson, LA). The Lumberjacks go into the non-league match with a 12-8 record. In their last match, Patterson was routed by South Terrebonne (Bourg, LA), 15-0, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Red Devils battle the Ville Platte Bulldogs (Ville Platte, LA) in a 3A District 4 match, on Monday, April 14. Port Barre will attempt to better on its 13-11 season record. The Bulldogs go into the match with a 7-8 record after their 7-4 league win over Church Point (Church Point, LA).
