Illinois High School Softball - Tri-City bounces Hartsburg-Emden
April 11, 2025: Hartsburg, IL 62643 The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Tri-City Tornadoes (Buffalo, IL) and the host Hartsburg-Emden Stags (Hartsburg, IL), observed Tri-City's softball team notch a victory over Hartsburg-Emden by a tally of 16-0.
The Tornadoes (4-0) will now prepare for their bout against Williamsville (Williamsville, IL). The Bullets go into the non-league bout with a 7-2 record. In their last bout, Williamsville gained a win over East Peoria (East Peoria, IL), 7-4, in a non-league bout.
In their next game, the Stags battle the Illinois Valley Central Grey Ghosts (Chillicothe, IL) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, April 15. Hartsburg-Emden will attempt to advance on its 0-5 season record. The Grey Ghosts go into the bout with a 9-5 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Peoria Notre Dame (Peoria, IL).
