April 11, 2025: Okabena, MN In Friday's non-league test, the Martin County West Mavericks (Sherburn, MN) softball squad overwhelmed the host Heron Lake-Okabena/Fulda Coyotes (Okabena, MN), by a count of 19-0.
Next, the Mavericks meet the Minnesota Valley Lutheran Chargers (New Ulm, MN) in a non-league test, on Saturday, April 12. Martin County West will attempt to upgrade on its 4-1 season record. The Chargers go into the test with a 1-4 record after their 7-6 non-league win over Granada-Huntley-East Chain/Martin Luther/Truman (Granada, MN).
