April 11, 2026: Monroe, MI 48162 The Jefferson Bears (Monroe, MI) baseball trounced the visiting Glenn Rockets (Westland, MI), 9-3 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Bears now own a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they host St. Mary Catholic Central for a Huron challenge on Monday, April 13. Jefferson will clash with a Falcons team coming off a 9-6 non-league win over Ida (Ida, MI). The Falcons record now stands at 6-1.
With the defeat, Glenn drops to 2-8 on the year. The Rockets travel to Churchill (Livonia, MI) to clash with the Chargers in a Kensington Lakes - East challenge on Monday, April 13. The Chargers go into the challenge with a record of 4-2. Churchill won 9-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Walled Lake Central (Walled Lake, MI)
