California High School Softball - Viewpoint edges Canyon

April 11, 2026: Canyon Country, CA 91351

In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Viewpoint Patriots softball team scored a tight 7-5 win over the Canyon Cowboys.

The Patriots (11-3) will now prepare for their match against Poly (Sun Valley, CA). The Parrots come into the non-league match with a 5-3 record. In their last match, Poly by San Fernando (San Fernando, CA), 14-0, in a league match.

In their next game, the Cowboys confront the Sylmar Spartans (Sylmar, CA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, April 11. Canyon will attempt to better on its 5-13 season record. The Spartans come into the match with a 8-3 record after their 14-3 league win over North Hollywood (North Hollywood, CA).
