Pennsylvania High School Baseball - Homer-Center holds off Bishop Carroll

April 12, 2023: Homer City, PA 15748

Homer-Center Wildcats (Homer City, PA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Bishop Carroll Huskies (Ebensburg, PA), 7-3 in a non-league test.

With the win, Homer-Center upgrades its record to 5-3 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Cambria Heights (Patton, PA) to battle the Highlanders in a Heritage test on Thursday, April 13. The Highlanders come into the test with a record of 2-3. Cambria Heights lost 6-5 in their recent league test against Portage (Portage, PA)

With the defeat, Bishop Carroll falls to 2-5 on the season. The Huskies host Somerset (Somerset, PA) to battle the Eagles in a Laurel Highlands 1 test on Tuesday, April 18. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 5-2.
