North Carolina High School Baseball - Charlotte Stampede loses to Cuthbertson
April 12, 2023: Charlotte, NC The Cuthbertson Cavaliers the host Charlotte Stampede Stampede baseball team by a count of 7-2 in Wednesday's non-league bout.
The Cavaliers now possess a 9-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Sun Valley for a Southern Carolina 4A bout on Tuesday, April 18. Cuthbertson will face a Spartans team coming off a 5-4 non-league loss to Charlotte Country Day School (Charlotte, NC). The Spartans record now stands at 11-6.
Next, the Stampede face the Wake County HomeSchool Warriors (Raleigh, NC) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, April 15. Charlotte Stampede will attempt to move on its 14-5 season record. The Warriors enter the bout with a 18-1 record after their 15-7 non-league win over Cary Christian (Cary, NC).
