Pope John Paul II (Royersford, PA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Methacton Warriors (Norristown, PA), 9-5 in a league test.

With the win, Pope John Paul II upgrades its record to 5-2 on the season. The host Pottstown (Pottstown, PA) to battle the Trojans in a Pioneer game on Friday, April 14. The Trojans go into the game with a record of 2-5. Pottstown lost 16-1 in their recent league game against Perkiomen Valley (Collegeville, PA)
