California High School Volleyball - Bear River Encina Prep

The Bear River Bruins volleyball team (Grass Valley, CA), was dropped 3-1 in Wednesday's non-league challenge with the visiting Encina Prep Bulldogs (Sacramento, CA)

The Bulldogs (14-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Sierra Academy of Expeditionary Learning (Nevada City, CA). The Fire Wolves enter the Central Valley California challenge with a 3-4 record. In their last challenge, Sierra Academy of Expeditionary Learning defeated Forest Lake Christian (Auburn, CA), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Bruins encounter the Golden Sierra Grizzlies (Garden Valley, CA) in a Pioneer Valley challenge, on Tuesday, April 18. Bear River will attempt to move on its 9-7 season record. The Grizzlies enter the challenge with a 2-11 record after their 3-0 league loss to Vacaville Christian (Vacaville, CA).
