Virginia High School Lacrosse - South Lakes drops to Oakton
April 12, 2023: Reston, VA 20191 In Wednesday's non-league test, the visiting Oakton Cougars lacrosse squad scored a tight 9-4 victory over the South Lakes Seahawks.
The Cougars now have a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Westfield for a non-league test on Monday, April 17. Oakton will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 7-2 non-league loss to Centreville (Clifton, VA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-1.
In their next game, the Seahawks face the Chantilly Chargers (Chantilly, VA) in a non-league test, on Monday, April 17. South Lakes will attempt to move on its 2-2 season record. The Chargers come into the test with a 0-5 record after their 13-1 non-league loss to Centreville (Clifton, VA).
