Michigan High School Soccer - Thornapple Kellogg knocks off Wayland
April 12, 2023: Middleville, MI 49333 Thornapple Kellogg Trojans (Middleville, MI) supporters were pleased Wednesday as they observed their soccer team prevail over the visiting Wayland Wildcats (Wayland, MI), 4-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Trojans confront the Ottawa Hills Bengals (Grand Rapids, MI) in a Ottawa-Kent - Gold challenge, on Monday, April 17. Thornapple Kellogg will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Bengals enter the challenge with a 1-4 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Montague (Montague, MI).
The Wildcats now possess a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Kenowa Hills for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 19. Wayland will confront a Knights team coming off a 10-0 non-league loss to Northview (Grand Rapids, MI). The Knights record now stands at 0-4.
