The Carlisle Thundering Herd baseball team (Carlisle, PA), was overwhelmed 5-1 in Friday's league outing with the host Hershey Trojans (Hershey, PA)

The Trojans now hold a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bishop McDevitt for a Mid-Penn - Keystone outing on Tuesday, April 16. Hershey will confront a Crusaders team coming off a 9-0 league loss to Lower Dauphin (Hummelstown, PA). The Crusaders record now stands at 1-4.

Next, the Thundering Herd confront the Palmyra Cougars (Palmyra, PA) in a Mid-Penn - Keystone outing, on Saturday, April 13. Carlisle will attempt to advance on its 4-5 season record. The Cougars go into the outing with a 6-1 record after their 6-0 league win over Gettysburg (Gettysburg, PA).
