Louisiana High School Baseball - West St. Mary loses to New Iberia
April 12, 2024: New Iberia, LA 70560 The New Iberia Yellowjackets baseball team scored 23 runs and limited the visiting West St. Mary Wolfpack to 1 in the Yellowjackets non-league victory on Friday.
The Yellowjackets (17-14) will now prepare for their match against Comeaux (Lafayette, LA). The Spartans go into the 5A District 3 match with a 0-22 record. In their last match, Comeaux was overwhelmed by New Iberia (New Iberia, LA), 24-2, in a league match.
The Wolfpack (9-7) will now prepare for their match against Westgate (New Iberia, LA). The Tigers go into the non-league match with a 4-19 record. In their last match, Westgate was overwhelmed by David Thibodaux (Lafayette, LA), 17-13, in a league match.
