Missouri High School Baseball - Sherwood loses to Warrensburg
April 12, 2024: Creighton, MO 64739 The Warrensburg Tigers baseball team scored 5 runs and limited the host Sherwood Marksmen to 0 in the Tigers non-league victory on Friday.
The Tigers (8-7) will now prepare for their match against Pleasant Hill (Pleasant Hill, MO). The Roosters/Chicks go into the non-league match with a 7-8 record. In their last match, Pleasant Hill was overwhelmed by Barstow (Kansas City, MO), 7-3, in a non-league challenge.
With the defeat, Sherwood falls to 1-12 on the season. The Marksmen host Fatima (Westphalia, MO) to battle the Comets in a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 13. The Comets come into the challenge with a record of 11-5. Fatima won 7-2 in their recent league challenge against Eldon (Eldon, MO)
