North Carolina High School Soccer - Calvary Day School knocks off Burlington Christian Academy
April 12, 2024: Burlington, NC 27215 Calvary Day School Cougars (Winston-Salem, NC) fans were thrilled Friday as they observed their soccer team prevail over the host Burlington Christian Academy Royals (Burlington, NC), 4-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Cougars face the High Point Christian Academy Cougars (High Point, NC) in a NCISAA Piedmont challenge, on Tuesday, April 16. Calvary Day School will attempt to better on its 7-1 season record. The Cougars enter the challenge with a 0-12 record after their 8-0 league loss to Caldwell Academy (Greensboro, NC).
The Royals now have a 7-3 record. They take the field next when they host Carolina Friends for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 16. Burlington Christian Academy will face a Quakers team coming off a 6-0 non-league win over Cristo Rey Research Triangle (Durham, NC). The Quakers record now stands at 4-6.
