In Friday's non-league game, the host Montgomery Central Timberwolves baseball team scored a tight 6-2 victory over the Central Davidson Spartans.

The Timberwolves (3-7) will now prepare for their game against Oak Grove (Winston-Salem, NC). The Grizzlies go into the non-league game with a 3-4 record.
