April 12, 2024: Charlotte, NC 28270 The Hopewell Titans baseball team (Huntersville, NC), was overwhelmed 5-0 in Friday's non-league outing with the host Providence Panthers (Charlotte, NC)
The Panthers now hold a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lake Norman for a non-league outing on Saturday, April 13. Providence will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 6-6 non-league Cox Mill (Concord, NC). The Wildcats record now stands at 7-5.
Next, the Titans confront the Ardrey Kell Knights (Charlotte, NC) in a non-league outing, on Wednesday, April 17. Hopewell will attempt to advance on its 7-3 season record. The Knights go into the outing with a 7-4 record after their 14-7 non-league win over Porter Ridge (Indian Trail, NC).
