New Hampshire High School Lacrosse - Pembroke drops to Portsmouth
April 12, 2024: Portsmouth, NH 03801 Portsmouth Clippers (Portsmouth, NH) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Pembroke Spartans (Pembroke, NH), 21-3 in a league test.
The Clippers now have a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Oyster River for a Division II test on Monday, April 15. Portsmouth will face a Bobcats squad coming off a 8-7 league win over Windham (Windham, NH). The Bobcats record now stands at 1-1.
In their next game, the Spartans face the Keene Blackbirds (Keene, NH) in a Division II test, on Saturday, April 13. Pembroke will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Blackbirds come into the test with a 0-1 record after their 16-6 non-league loss to Souhegan (Amherst, NH).
