In Friday's non-league contest, the Marshall County Marshals (Benton, KY) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Caldwell County Tigers (Princeton, KY), by a margin of 13-6.

With the triumph, Marshall County moves its record to 11-4 on the year. The Marshals host South Warren (Bowling Green, KY) to play the Spartans in a non-league contest on Saturday, April 13.
