Washington High School Softball - Cascade knocked off by Sedro-Woolley
April 12, 2024: Sedro-Woolley, WA 98284 In Friday's non-league contest, the Sedro-Woolley Cubs (Sedro-Woolley, WA) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Cascade Bruins (Everett, WA), by a margin of 11-1.
With the triumph, Sedro-Woolley moves its record to 5-0 on the year. The Cubs travel to Blaine (Blaine, WA) to play the Borderites in a 1A/2A/3A Northwest contest on Monday, April 15. The Borderites come into the contest with a record of 5-0. Blaine won 17-0 in their recent league contest against Nooksack Valley (Everson, WA)
In their next game, the Bruins play the Shorewood Stormrays (Shoreline, WA) in a 2A/3A Wesco contest, on Monday, April 15. Cascade will attempt to move on its 5-5 season record. The Stormrays come into the contest with a 4-5 record after their 12-1 league loss to Everett (Everett, WA).
