Maryland High School Softball - Linganore can't hold off Catoctin
April 12, 2024: Frederick, MD 21701 The Linganore Lancers softball team (Frederick, MD), was tipped 8-7 in Friday's league test with the visiting Catoctin Cougars (Thurmont, MD)
Coming up next, the Cougars clash with the Urbana Hawks (Ijamsville, MD) in a non-league test, on Monday, April 15. Catoctin will attempt to improve on its 5-2 season record. The Hawks come into the test with a 3-3 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Middletown (Middletown, MD).
The Lancers (6-3) will now prepare for their test against Frederick (Frederick, MD). The Cadets come into the CMC test with a 1-8 record. In their last test, Frederick was tipped by Urbana (Ijamsville, MD), 13-4, in a non-league test.
