Oregon High School Softball - West Albany bounces Central
April 12, 2024: Albany, OR 97321 The West Albany Bulldogs routed the visiting Central Panthers softball squad by a count of 14-3 in Friday's league battle.
The Bulldogs (7-4) will now prepare for their battle against Silverton (Silverton, OR). The Foxes go into the 5A Mid-Willamette battle with a 11-2 record. In their last battle, Silverton topped South Albany (Albany, OR), 16-3, in a league battle.
The Panthers now sport a 6-6 record. They play next when they host Corvallis for a 5A Mid-Willamette battle on Monday, April 15. Central will meet a Spartans squad coming off a 1-0 league loss to Lebanon (Lebanon, OR). The Spartans record now stands at 6-5.
