The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Leo Lions (Leo, IN) and the host Angola Hornets (Angola, IN), saw Leo's baseball team gain a win over Angola by a tally of 10-5.

The Lions (3-0) will now prepare for their battle against Fort Wayne Northrop (Fort Wayne, IN). The Bruins enter the non-league battle with a 0-4 record. In their last battle, Fort Wayne Northrop was overwhelmed by East Noble (Kendallville, IN), 10-3, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Hornets face the Eastside Blazers (Butler, IN) in a Northeast Corner battle, on Tuesday, April 15. Angola will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Blazers enter the battle with a 1-3 record after their 6-3 non-league loss to Woodlan (Woodburn, IN).
