West Virginia High School Baseball - The Linsly School edges Brooke

April 12, 2025: Wellsburg, WV 26070

The The Linsly School Cadets baseball team scored 12 runs and held the host Brooke Bruins to 10 in the Cadets non-league win on Saturday.

The Cadets now own a 7-3 record. They take the field next when they host Shadyside for a non-league test on Tuesday, April 15. The Linsly School will clash with a Tigers team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Shenandoah (Sarahsville, OH). The Tigers record now stands at 4-2.

With the defeat, Brooke drops to 9-6 on the year. The Bruins travel to Buckeye Local (Rayland, OH) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league test on Monday, April 14. The Panthers go into the test with a record of 1-5. Buckeye Local lost 5-0 in their recent league test against Harrison Central (Cadiz, OH)
