In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting Buffalo Grove Bison baseball team scored a close 7-0 win over the Niles North Vikings.

The Bison (3-8) will now prepare for their game against Wheeling (Wheeling, IL). The Wildcats go into the Mid-Suburban - East game with a 5-4 record. In their last game, Wheeling was overwhelmed by Grayslake North (Grayslake, IL), 7-4, in a non-league game.

Next, the Vikings play the Vernon Hills Cougars (Vernon Hills, IL) in a Central Suburban - North game, on Monday, April 14. Niles North will attempt to improve on its 5-7 season record.
