April 12, 2025: Centerville, OH 45459 The Centerville Elks (Centerville, OH) baseball trounced the visiting Grove City Greyhounds (Grove City, OH), 8-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Elks now own a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they host Springfield for a Greater Western Ohio challenge on Monday, April 14. Centerville will clash with a Wildcats team coming off a 9-3 league loss to Springboro (Springboro, OH). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-3.
With the defeat, Grove City drops to 3-4 on the year. The Greyhounds travel to Westerville Central (Westerville, OH) to clash with the Warhawks in a Ohio Capital - Ohio challenge on Monday, April 14. The Warhawks go into the challenge with a record of 2-5. Westerville Central lost 7-5 in their recent non-league challenge against Worthington Kilbourne (Columbus, OH)
