Ohio High School Baseball - New Albany defeats Chillicothe
April 12, 2025: Chillicothe, OH 45601 The New Albany Eagles baseball team scored 9 runs and held the host Chillicothe Cavaliers to 2 in the Eagles non-league win on Saturday.
The Eagles now own a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they host Lincoln for a Ohio Capital - Ohio test on Monday, April 14. New Albany will play a Lions team coming off a 6-4 league win over New Albany (New Albany, OH). The Lions record now stands at 4-0.
With the defeat, Chillicothe drops to 1-5 on the year. The Cavaliers travel to McClain (Greenfield, OH) to play the Tigers in a Frontier Athletic test on Monday, April 14. The Tigers go into the test with a record of 2-4. McClain won 9-5 in their recent non-league test against Paint Valley (Bainbridge, OH)
