April 12, 2025: Collierville, TN 38017 The Stony Brook Bears baseball team scored 3 runs and held the host Collierville Dragons to 1 in the Bears non-league win on Saturday.
The Bears now hold a 12-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mount St. Charles Academy for a non-league test on Tuesday, April 15. Stony Brook will play a Mounties team coming off a 4-1 non-league loss to Deerfield Academy (Deerfield, MA). The Mounties record now stands at 4-5.
With the defeat, Collierville drops to 22-4 on the year. The Dragons travel to Houston (Germantown, TN) to play the Mustangs in a 4A District 15 test on Tuesday, April 15. The Mustangs go into the test with a record of 9-10. Houston won 23-1 in their recent league test against Germantown (Germantown, TN)
