In Saturday's non-league game, the host Mercyhurst Prep Lakers baseball team scored a close 6-2 victory over the Titusville Rockets.

The Lakers (5-0) will now prepare for their game against Youngsville (Youngsville, PA). The Eagles enter the District 10 Region 4 game with a 2-2 record. In their last game, Youngsville held off Eisenhower (Russell, PA), 14-1, in a league game.

Next, the Rockets face the Oil City Oilers (Oil City, PA) in a District 10 Region 2 game, on Wednesday, April 16. Titusville will attempt to improve on its 9-1 season record.
