The Metea Valley Mustangs volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Carmel Corsairs to 0 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Mustangs now possess a 5-5 record. They play next when they travel to Geneva for a non-league outing on Monday, April 14. Metea Valley will play a Vikings team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Rockford Auburn (Rockford, IL). The Vikings record now stands at 5-4.

With the loss, Carmel drops to 0-7 on the campaign. The Corsairs travel to Warren Township (Gurnee, IL) to play the Blue Devils in a non-league outing on Tuesday, April 15.
