Western Wayne Wildcats (Lake Ariel, PA) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Hazleton Area Cougars (Hazleton, PA), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Western Wayne advances its record to 9-5 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Pocono Mountain East (Swiftwater, PA) to face the Cardinals in a non-league test on Saturday, April 12. The Cardinals go into the test with a record of 2-5. Pocono Mountain East lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Freedom (Bethlehem, PA)

The Cougars now sport a 0-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hanover Area for a Wyoming Valley test on Tuesday, April 15.
