Georgia High School Soccer - Northgate nudged by Buford
April 12, 2025: Buford, GA 30518 Buford Wolves (Buford, GA) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the visiting Northgate Vikings (Newnan, GA), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Buford moves its record to 15-0 on the campaign. The Wolves host Pinecrest Academy (Cumming, GA) to meet the Paladins in a non-league test on Monday, April 14. The Paladins come into the test with a record of 16-0. Pinecrest Academy won 9-1 in their recent non-league test against East Forsyth (Gainesville, GA)
The Vikings now sport a 15-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Anne-Pacelli for a non-league test on Tuesday, April 15. Northgate will meet a Vikings team coming off a 10-0 league win over Westfield School (Perry, GA). The Vikings record now stands at 11-1.
