Illinois High School Soccer - Minooka nudges South Elgin
April 12, 2025: Minooka, IL 60447 The Minooka Indians soccer squad scored 2 points and held the visiting South Elgin Storm to 1 in the Indians non-league victory on Saturday.
The Indians now hold a 5-1 record. They play next when they host Wheaton Academy for a non-league bout on Monday, April 14. Minooka will play a Warriors squad coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Niles North (Skokie, IL). The Warriors record now stands at 2-1.
With the loss, South Elgin moves to 3-5 on the year. The Storm host Wauconda (Wauconda, IL) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Monday, April 14. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 3-3. Wauconda lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Jones (Chicago, IL)
