Illinois High School Soccer - Plainfield Central knocks off Zion-Benton
April 12, 2025: Zion, IL 60099 In Saturday's non-league outing, the visiting Plainfield Central Wildcats soccer squad scored a tight 5-0 victory over the Zion-Benton Zee-Bees.
The Wildcats (6-2) will now prepare for their outing against Marist (Chicago, IL). The RedHawks go into the non-league outing with a 6-3 record. In their last outing, Marist got by Highland Park (Highland Park, IL), 2-1, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Zee-Bees confront the Willowbrook Warriors (Villa Park, IL) in a non-league outing, on Monday, April 14. Zion-Benton will attempt to improve on its 2-4 season record. The Warriors go into the outing with a 1-5 record after their 1-0 non-league loss to Glenbard East (Lombard, IL).
