The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Amador Valley Dons (Pleasanton, CA) and the host Northgate Broncos (Walnut Creek, CA), saw Amador Valley's baseball team get by Northgate by a tally of 8-7.

The Dons (5-7) will now prepare for their battle against Livermore (Livermore, CA). The Cowboys enter the battle with a 7-4 record. In their last battle, Livermore held off Benicia (Benicia, CA), 4-3, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Broncos face the Las Lomas Knights (Walnut Creek, CA) in a battle, on Tuesday, April 15. Northgate will attempt to upgrade on its 5-5 season record. The Knights enter the battle with a 4-7 record after their 9-1 non-league loss to Archie Williams (San Anselmo, CA).
