New York High School Lacrosse - La Salle Institute tipped by Auburn
April 12, 2025: Auburn, NY 13021 Auburn Maroons (Auburn, NY) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Saturday as they saw their lacrosse team gain a win over the visiting La Salle Institute Cadets (Troy, NY), 8-6 in a non-league game.
With the victory, Auburn advances its record to 2-2 on the season. The Maroons travel to East Syracuse-Minoa (East Syracuse, NY) to play the Spartans in a non-league game on Tuesday, April 15. The Spartans come into the game with a record of 0-0.
The Cadets now sport a 0-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Burr & Burton for a non-league game on Tuesday, April 15. La Salle Institute will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 13-6 non-league loss to Essex (Essex Junction, VT). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-1.
